Deep Stretch

Let's adventure inward to the stillness of holding poses. For many, this can be the greatest challenge. We hold a series of  stretches for 2-10 minutes each. This is excellent for increasing flexibility because we hold positions long enough for the fascia (connective tissue) to release. Each session brings novel sensation to mind and body. Doing it regularly over time transforms your nervous system and flexibility. This practice is excellent for strengthening joints and ligaments. ...And just wait and see what happens with the mind....
