Maryam will teach this lunchtime class to give an opportunity to relax and learn over a meal that you bring, or as you enjoy a tea we provide. She brings a creative twist to a variety of topics that will inspire and improve your daily experience of life in some way.
During the Mind-Fit Challenge, she will teach on 2 topics:
1- EFT (emotional Freedom Technique), also known as tapping. A quick and simple self-treatment to remove negative thoughts and emotions.
2 - Mandalas for fun and insight!
