This is a wellness class that helps you remember your natural state and abilities; and better manage your life, health and happiness. It is a lecture/discussion format that covers various elements and practices to "understand energy". Topics include personal energy management pracices like Energy Medicine, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Meditaion techniques, self-healing practices, and the energy anatomy of the body as described in several traditions.
Other topics help you understand how your personal energy systems are related to your biology and physiology. Examples of these are the class on the Vagus nerve and your ability to stimulate it, to increase your "Rest and Digest" ease in our body, which brings many other positive effects; or the plasticity of the brain, and how change can be suported by applying this knowledge.
The classes rotate through a series, expanding on the students' current knowlege if a topic is repeated.
