Corporate Testimonials

After discovering Rise Well-Being Center and participating in one of their lunch time classes, I was interested in having Rise present to my organization as a part of the wellness initiative I had launched at the beginning of the year. I reached out to Lisa Goodwin, the owner of Rise, and she took it from there, working with her Asst. Program Director to design a presentation that took into account staff size, space and our wellness topic for that month. The presentation that was prepared focused on creating an authentic balance and Karen King led an engaging conversation full of useful information that included helpful hints, clear explanations, real-life examples and even some light bulb moments. Probably my favorite part of the presentation was the guided meditation at the end and I heard from many that they were going to add that to their work day. The feedback from my staff was unanimous; ‘that was so helpful’, ‘I really enjoyed that’, ‘what a great idea’! Even if you don’t have a wellness program/initiative, Rise would be a great benefit to any organization. Best, Stefani

Lisa and the Rise Well-Being Center brought a wonderful Lunch ‘n Learn presentation to our company on the important topic of how to get a good night’s sleep. The presentation was highly anticipated by our team, extremely well-done and exceeded our expectations. The presenter was very knowledgeable and provided an engaging presentation, which helped all of us get much smarter on this topic relevant to employees of all ages. I look forward to partnering with Lisa and her team again in the future! DB

I took my staff to Rise Well-Being for a tailored-stress reduction program, and it was terrific. My staff said it was the best retreat we have had to date. I learned new techniques to reduce posture pain, provide somatic self-calming and more. The teacher was exceptionally skilled and is a RN. I can’t recommend Rise enough. I loved it and intend to take more classes there in restorative and therapeutic yoga. In this crazy day and age, we need more Centers like Rise.
