Nia and Yoga Dance teacher
Camille has been a long-time student of Kripalu Yoga, during which her journey for fitness and wellness began. In parallel to practicing Yoga, she studied fitness training techniques and became certified for Personal Training (2004) and Pilates Mat (2005), and completed 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (2006). She has taught customized fitness training sessions and Yoga classes in private and corporate settings. She feels fortunate to have been exposed to Ballet in her youth and competitive amateur Ballroom Dancing in her adulthood, which enhanced her appreciation of the simple joy of music and movement. In 2010, she found an ideal mix of Yoga, dance, and fitness in Yoga Dance. She completed Yoga Dance Teacher Training under Let Your Yoga Dance at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health. She also added Ageless Grace and Nia in her toolbox. Since then, Camille has been focused on sharing the holistic, bare-foot exercise for mind and body – Yoga Dance and Nia - reaching out for a wide range of population at various levels of mobility and strength. Her mission is to provide a liberating and uplifting experience while improving and maintaining physical wellness,which she believes is one of the most accessible paths to a balanced life.
